3. Service Quality & Operational Rules

Pre-Service Responsibilities

During Service

• Use only approved cleaning materials and follow Glowo’s service standards.
• Ensure safe handling of the vehicle.
• Report any valuables found inside the car to the user.

Post-Service Responsibilities

• Complete inspection and ensure all areas are cleaned properly.
• Capture after-service images for verification.
• Get user confirmation for service completion.

4. Safety & Compliance Rules

• 🚫 No Unauthorized Services: Partners must only perform Glowo-approved services.
• 🚫 No Smoking, Eating, or Misuse: Strictly prohibited inside the car.
• 🚫 No Unauthorized Vehicle Movement: Partners cannot move or drive the car without permission.
• Follow health & hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves/masks if required.

5. Payment, Incentives & Penalties

• Timely payments will be made to the registered bank account.
• Penalties apply for failure to follow pre/post inspection.
• Skipping photo documentation may lead to payment deductions.
• Late arrivals beyond allowed limit: Service cancellation without payment.
• Customer complaints: May lead to investigation and possible payment hold.

6. Violation Consequences

• 🚨 First Warning: Partner receives a warning for minor violations.
• 🚨 Second Violation: Service deductions and penalties apply.
• 🚨 Third Violation: Account suspension or permanent deactivation.
